- Enter your IATA code in the promotion code field when making the booking for partners who has IATA code.
- Agents with no IATA code may:
- Get intouch with out Reservation Team at reservations@niyama.com directly to reconfirm their agent profile, inclusions and commission
- Proceed with the usual booking procedure by entering the stay dates, number of rooms and number of guests
- Should the agent proceed with option 2 and the offer has been selected from our Booking Engine, include the code SERANDIPIANS in the Special Request under the Optional Information field when completing the guest's details. This is for our Reservations Team to recognize the bookings made and to validate the agent's profile

- Policies, meal plan and inclusions will be based from the actual offer booked.
- Lunch upgrade is valid only for bookings made on certain offer available for specific period.
- Rates are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% goods & services tax (GST), and green tax of USD 6 per person per night.
- All rates quoted are per night including promotions, subject to availability, seasonal variations and change without notice.
- Certain menu items and special events are not included in the meal plans and will be mentioned chargeable as per supplement price
- The daily dinner and the book direct benefits of spa treatments, Movie Under the Stars and bespoke picnic baskets are subject to blackout period.
- Children may dine with compliments on restaurant kids menus only; valid for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

- Cancellation and deposit fees vary according to the season.
