With Two Michelin-Starred Chef Paco Roncero

Making Maldives history, guests at Niyama will have the honour to experience the globally acclaimed cuisine of Chef Paco Roncero in the most stunning of settings.

Chef Paco Roncero is a trailblazer of avant-garde Spanish cuisine: his visionary Sublimotion in Ibiza is known for its gastronomic theatrics of self-mixing cocktails and levitating food lit up with lasers. Flavours and ingredients are 100% Spanish with a modern twist.

Featuring three days at Niyama, Chef Paco presents a six course menu with wine pairing at the resort’s fine dining restaurant and a five courses lunch in the underwater playground of Subsix, surrounded by aquatic-themed décor and views of the reef and marine life.

Guests at Niyama Private Islands will also have the opportunity to join a cooking class with Chef Paco, featuring a three-course menu of Paco’s classics.
